Cous-cous with fava beans, green garlic, and Parm-Reggiano
Tossed salad (romaine, spinach, tomato, raw corn kernels) with the
avocado-based version of Green Goddess dressing[1]
Maybe we'll finish with a cheese course and sweet-and-sour rhubarb.
