Hummus is a combination of legume paste from chick peas and seed butter
from sesame tahini plus a little of this and that to vary it enough to
be called the family recipe. So there's one such combination that is
very good.

There's a concept I found hilarious. Paleolithic eating is where if you
can acquire a food with no technology more advanced than a sharp stick
and you can eat it raw with no ill effects then feel free to eat it raw
or cooked. The product is in a jar and made in a factory using metal
grinding machines. Yet because the ingredients can be pulled off of
trees and other plants the resulting product is paleolithic allowed.

It's as funny to me as a box of Rice Chex being labelled "gluten free".
