Sure it can. For a lot of $$. Each batch!
Or you can test a pasteurization system for effective pathogenocide
for a relatively smaller amount of $$ and just run each batch of raw
milk through it and be reasonably sure of pathogen-free milk!
How much $$ do you want to spend per gallon of milk?
