What you need:

4 ripe nectarines -- peeled and diced
1 Bunch small green onions -- finely chopped
1/2 Bunch fresh chives -- finely chopped
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
juice of 2 limes
salt and pepper to taste
optional: 2 serrano chiles -- minced
1/2 red bell pepper -- diced
Ready, set, cook!
1. Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.
