Years ago I got a recipe off that old show for seniors, Over Easy, with
High Downs. Get a couple nice thick pork chops, cut a pocket it each
and stick a pitted prune inside. Season the chops with slat and pepper
and brown on both sides. Toss in some chunks of potato and carrots and
a small onion. Add about a cup of apple juice, simmer for about a half hour.
