There is no way to know short of a nutritiional label or at least an
ingredients list. Gluten free eliminates several things but there are
still many, many possibilities, and as more and more people switch to a
gluten-free diet, I'm sure that everything will continue to change.
E.g., we had some TJ's gluten-free cookies that were made with sorghum
flour, an usual ingredient here that will probably become less so over
time.
