Regardless of how I cook them, I like there to be just a little bit of
pink. Seeing pink means they are never dried out. My usual way is to
marinade and then pan cook them but I like them breaded, grilled, oven
baked and occasionally slow cooked, but the latter is my least favorite
way because they end up dried out and then only good smothered with sauce.
