I never thought I would udder those words, but last night the pizza I
got had too much cheese. It was a Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza. (But I
had feta left off, so was really only 5 cheeses. Feta belongs on a
greek salad, not a pizza.)

Next time, just one cheese and light mushrooms-- on a crispy thin
crust.
