I musta missed that. I thought SS crabs were prepared uncleaned. I
know I had a deep fried crab at a Japanese resto, once. The didn't
clean diddly. Maybe the cook was jes ****ed cuz we came in too close
to closing. Regardless, that crab went thru me like Sherman to the
sea! ;o
