Most certainly can cook with peanut butter. There are tons of recipes
that call for peanut butter as an ingredient... I have a half gallon
of Perry's chocolate peanut butter ice cream in the freezer right now
just waiting for me, bought it just yesterday. I add peanut butter to
oriental dishes all the time. Haven't you ever baked peanut butter
cookies? A number of years ago I posted a recipe for Reese's Peanut
Butter Cup cheesecake with a Nabisco Nutter Butter cookie crumb crust.
Maybe someone will post the recipe.
