Comfort food here. Anaheim chiles instead of green pepper, can of
diced tomatoes instead of sauce, no mustard, no cheese, no bacon. Of
those additions, bacon might be good; the others don't fit (for my
taste). Basically similar to American chop suey. Occasionally add
stale tortillas cut in strips and fried. -aem
