You don't want or need stabilizer. That is an ingredient that is
used to convert good ice cream to cheaper crap. It detracts, it does
not enhance.

Milk, cream, sugar, fruit, nuts, chocolate are all that is needed,
options include eggs and butter.

If you want crap, just buy the supermarket stuff.
