So true! When I was a hairdresser in my first life (1985ish), I paid
250.00 for a pair of "Butterfly" shears from Japan. Freakin' awesome
to work with, but I dropped them after using them for only a week or 2
and they got a little nick in them. Instead of cutting like butter,
the hair just kinda curled over the nick. I think I cried a little...
