So? Many things have an impact on prices and invariably the prices go up,
but they have always gone up rathter than down. Just because there is a
drought somewhere in a huge, rich country like the US does not mean that you
need to stockpile. If you were in Ethiopia then I could understand why you
may do so, but not in the US or any western country. At least not yet.
That point may come given time.
