Using a flour tortilla or piadina, top it as you prefer, roll it up and then
cut the roll into many slices: nice to look at, easy and good. A classic
here is piadina with lettuce, ham and mozzarella, once it's cooked you roll
it instead of plying it in two, wait for it to cool down a bit otherwise
melt mozz would make a mess and then cut it.
