I use salt, pepper, garlic, some sliced carrots and fresh onions. But much
of the flavor in mine is from dehydrated soup greens. My Mother in Love
cooked the best meats ever and she wasn't a toll call away, my mom was.
Talking 45 years ago. I still haven't had better roasts anywhere, except
here with her recipes.
