Thanks sf I appreciate the link. I finally found out from her site what
'granola' is. I'd call it 'toasted Muesli'. Now I can look on US sites for
Muesli based recipes now I have the USian name.

$10 seems to be a popular starting point as we have a similar thing here
with a 'celeb' chef who works in conjunction with a grocery chain:
