I have done this - it works great! You feel like you've died and gone to
heaven. Unfortunately, the effect doesn't last for long - maybe 3 weeks?
I just threw the tray away and got a new cheap set. Things were fine for
a while but then the things developed a bow like a caterpillar. If
you're buying trays, make sure they're of robust construction. Modern
life - it ain't easy.
