I don't think he does either actually. He's more of a whiskey,
bourbon, mezcal cocktail aficionado. One of my favorites he makes is
the Aviation which is a gin drink. Another is called the Paper
Plane. I don't remember what is in it except Amaro Nonino. Oh, and
he makes a nice Negroni, but not the regular way and another
favorite is the New York Sour. See why I need a lot of ice?
