Starting about 5 years ago I got the bartender bug and was having fun
playing with bitters. I use to go to the most well-stocked store in
the area and find there was 4 or 5 different kinds. In the end I
bought a series of Fee Bros. bitters through Amazon.

A couple of weeks ago I went to the same well-stocked store and there
was 15 or 20 bitters of every conceivable variety

It's clearly a boom market.
