Default I'm fussy about my ice cubes

I think this is going to be my route. The link ImStillMags gave is for
a flexible tray but I need a firmer one. I empty my ice cubes by the
tray into an open container in the freezer. We go through a lot of ice
here, in part because I give music lessons at home for living and I
always offer everyone a glass of ice water, which many take me up on.
(The grown-ups get offered espresso!)
