Okay, thanks, Ulrike. I'll give that shot. I haven't yet obtained my
storage container, but I shall pick up a few new dish towels when I do that.
All of mine are a miniature "Terry" type material, and that probably won't
work as well.
At the moment I'm having a blast deep in the throes of making a SD based
"Coccodrillo". That darn John Wright has caused me no end of sleepless
nights! I find myself mired in HH (high hydration) dough's...no end to S&F
(stretch & fold)...no end to Ciabattas and Francesci's and all sorts of
wonderful Italian breads...*&^%$#@!~ (;-o)!
