I cut up a chicken breast and add it to the mix. It doesn't come out all
dried out. I could probably cook an entire chicken breast in a pot of
rice and it'll be cooked perfectly. Well, that's my guess anyway. I will
try that. Maybe I can even stick it in frozen with no problem.
