Ah, thanks for the clue about the olives. I THINK the sweetness
of the peppadews was just totally masked by the lemon that was
also in the pasta salad that I adored. I sure can't find any
piquant peppadews. It's a pity, because I really thought they
were great until I had them unadorned.
