Papaya - not ripe enough, but I tried to cut it up-- HELP
What can I do to salvage and/or ripen this cut open papaya? I hate to toss it. I guess I was too eager to cut it up and not too savvy on determining ripeness. I like it almost soft - for smoothies. I tossed some in the blender for a smoothie, but it didn't exactly pulverize it.
Any suggs? Thanks.
