I once made a potato and leek soup that I liked. But I don't think I have
the recipe any more. In general I don't like potato soup. And I don't
think they would work in potato salad. Not that I could eat that. Because
I can't have mayo. I can have the kind with the vinegar but I'm not a big
fan. I am not sure they would work so well in any kind of soup really
because they have been fried first.

But I can't have eggs.
