You mean the pre-cut parts? I thought they weren't sold in parts until the
80's.
I remember cutting up chickens in the 70's, and they seemed to have more
sinew later in the 80's and ever since. Things changed in ranching. Veal
chops were the size of lamb chops in the 70's.
