I like beef and pork liver, steak and kidney pie, have eaten Chinese style pork tripe, beef tongue, beef heart, BUT I HATE CHICKEN LIVER and I HATE CHICKEN KIDNEYS. It has nothing to do with being Anglo or Australian Aborigine or Bantu. Some offal is good and some is damned AWFUL.
