The cookies were good! It was weird getting an egg mixed into the
batter - neither a metal fork nor a metal spoon worked well - maybe a
wooden spoon next time.

Baked for 10 minutes @ 350. Yummy, gingerbread-type cookies.

Next - Nutella cookies.
