Default Grating and Storing Cheese - Follow Up

http://www.kbnj.com/Grater.jpg

That's what we found, given to us by our next door neighbor. Does the
job much more easily than a "box" grater.

Cheese we're using is still Trader Joe's grass-fed cheddar from New
Zealand. Currently grating an entire piece at once by cutting it up
into approximately 1" cubes and feeding it to the above-pictured device.

Storage - seems to store OK with no additives for as long as we need it,
gets a little compressed but nothing awful.

End of story for now.
