Default rice cooker - rice sticking together

Then the rest of your family should use the rice cooker and you
shouldn't. In my experience rice cookers are designed to deliver
clumped rice not individual grain rice. This is because Japanese
usually perfer their rice clumpy and rice cookers are a Japanese
designed product.

Sounds like a lot of extra work compared to cooking your own in a
kettle. It's a clever workaround, though. Good stuff.
