Maybe you could cut way back on carbs. Any way of eating that limits
avocados is very wrong headed. Your sister should consider doing
hardcore Atkins. I've never heard anyone say that it didn't work, but
that it was just too hard. Hard? Like getting freakin' surgery is
less hard?

Drink olive oil out of the bottle. Eat huge amounts of green
veggies. Eat lean meat. Do double doses of psyllium husk with lots
of water. Gorge yourself on salad. Eat eggs, and yes, avocados.
Give up bread, rice, potatoes and pasta completely, and fill yourself
with fiber and fat, especially good fat. Starch and sugar made you
fat, not avocados.

Is low carbing hard at. first? Yes, but if you stick to it it works
every time. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months by restricting carbs.
