I like the package of mixed vegetables that has green beans. If I
have tail ends of other vegetables I want to use up, fresh or frozen -
I add those too. Onions (fresh) are a must for me.

Oh, I like to use mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes on
Shepherd's Pie these days. I'm not low carbing, I just like it.
