I have to admit that I don't cook as much as I used to. I used to do
almost all the cooking but after I had surgery a few years ago and had a
long road to recovery my wife took over the cooking duties. I had
assumed that it was temporary but here we are two years later and I sort
of got used to being the lord of the manor and having my meals cooked
for me.

It has only been over the past couple of months that I started cooking
more dinners again and I am back to my old routine. I go into the
kitchen and see what was taken out of the freezer and what there is in
the fridge to go with it. It could end up broiled, baked, roasted,
fried, grilled... depends on my mood.
