Presentation can be fun, but you are 100% correct. Today, on the way home from the concert, we went by the taqueria and got a quart each of red and green. I swear, if that place ceased to exist, I would be very upset. The green was obviously made today. It was so fresh, and the red is always divine. The folks who work there probably wonder what we do with all of it.
