Yep, although I've never looked specifically for bacon at the meat
counter. Publix has a very nice custom meat counter where they cut to
order. Also a fish and seafood counter. On some days they have a sushi
chef there preparing sushi. Not my cup of tea but there you have it.
Maybe Steve can't find a full-service meat counter in his grocery
stores, but I sure can.
