Oh you must live in northeastern North Carolina. The SO's mom lives in a
place where the blasted Food Lion is almost 30 miles one way.
The nearest Wally-World is close to 100 miles away.
When you talk remote, that part of North Carolina is ****ing remote to
this city boy.
Where I live the supermarket is a half mile away, and the Wally-World is
2 miles, the big supercenter Wally-World is 16.6 miles away.
It's dense enough here that when I do have a car, I rarely put more than
about 7,000 miles a year on it.
