The first time I had a lettuce wrap, my son was imitating something
called Thai Chicken Wrap that he and his wife would order in some
restaurant. They used a store bought Thai peanut dressing and it was
really delicious but I imagine it was as Thai as Chinese Chicken Salad
is Chinese.
