There is a far great proportion of processed and fake cheese
manufactured and consumed in Switzerland, France, and other Euro
contries than in the US. Most of the premium Euro cheeses are
exported, primarily to the US, most of the European populous consumes
crappy cheeses, as well as other lower quality foods/beverage. This
is true of all countries, their highest quality products are exported,
to wherever on the planet they'll bring the most profit.
