My mother was a good baker, as were her mother and father. A cousin
used to work in a dairy and used to bring her quarts of whipping cream
and she would make batches of chocolate eclairs.

I always likes spareribs, but the 'kraut was something that I didn't
appreciate until later in life.


One of my favourite meals was cream salmon in patty shells.... with peas
and french fries.
