We got them a few years ago. They were in the stores, then they weren't.

I think companies monitor all kinds of media, but put little emphasison
on what a handful of people say. If on the other hand thousands of
people were carping on social media about a new formulation of, say,
spices in a product, I think they would respond quite rapidly.
