I like the praline (pecan caramel) filling, and sometimes a syrup-y praline
sauce on the side.

There's also different ways of cooking it. Some people brown it, so it's
like a cinnamon bun. Some people don't brown it much at all, so it's more
cakey.

The icing and colored sugars make it fun.
