Thanks, Bob. I thought about responding to this cretin, then decided he
wasn't worth my energy. A quick google search turned up nothing else of
value he's ever added here; he now has the distinction of being the first
and only addition to my bozo bin (an appropriate name if I ever did hear
one!)
