Sure it can. It is also good for cooing fish in envelopes. Place some
julienned peppers, carrots, zucchini , or other veggies on the a piece
of parchment paper and season them. Put a piece of fillet on top, add a
little wine, broth or juice, wrap it loosely and crimp the edges closed
and bake. Be careful when you open the packets to avoid getting scalded.
