Interesting differences. I've only ever bought a few dozen eggs in
Europe, but visually, they are as clean as the washed eggs here. I
also found you can buy eggs in small quantities too, even a two pack.
When we buy eggs, we do refrigerate mostly, but we have some on the
counter ready to cook too. Never had a problem doing that.
