Q: Are you a "born again" low carber" by any chance?
I made lasagna once with zucchini fresh from the garden. I sliced them
lengthwise, didn't blot them, didn't pre bake them and they worked fine as a
substitute for the pasta. No need for those extra steps.
Dinner tonight: Someone gave me a bag of pure unprocessed cane sugar. I
plan to heat up a tiny bit of milk and add just enough to a bowl of the
sugar to make a gravy. Then stir in a bit of grape or strawberry jam. One
english muffin buttered too. oh yeah yum
