How to peel garlic

If I was gifted with so much garlic, I'd roast it, and keep it in the
freezer and peel as needed. I roast it whole, peels and all. It is
such a flavorful addition to so many dishes and it seems to just
dissolve in whatever you add it to once it's roasted.
