I saw a sound bite on TV recently about the VA's inefficiency. Seems that
compared to 5 years ago, they're way, way, WAY slower in processing claims --
something like 50 times slower. E.g. if they used to need 3 mos. to process
one bennies claim, now they need 150 mos. The White House blames Congress and
Congress blames the White House.
