Ready-to-eat hard cooked eggs OR I never knew abt such things..

Many people don't know how to cook eggs so they are easy to peel.
I often hard cook a couple three dozen eggs at once, I love pickled
eggs, and they can keep at room temperature for months. But I would
never buy those pre-cooked peeled eggs... how difficult is it to boil
eggs, and I have no problem peeling eggs.
