WTF?? Busy parents don't make devilled eggs. Busy parents who find
themselves in need of making devilled eggs can put their kids to work
peeling the eggs.

I have to say that when I first read about the devilled egg kits my
first thought was that it sounded like a great way to market old eggs.
When they get too old to sell as fresh eggs you can boil them up and
extend their shelf life a bit.
